It is in my experience one of the very best chars in PvP although some classes and builds may cause severe trouble, you will hear a lot of flaming towards you, and it's pretty much useless to duel some chars as you are almost immune to their attacks. They aren't supposed to exist so don't use such crap. Mine is made on Europe SCL so don't expect any stupid things like 15life/70mana small charms. But you also have to know, that most leagues don't aprove summoners as you need corpses and they are not fond of that. This character is one of the best good mannered PvP charachters out there.
